We're new to the area and chose JC Warner from recommendations and online ratings. Shawn came out and did our initial maintenance/service visit. He was prompt, courteous, polite, and did the service quickly and efficiently. After he was done he gave me a complete rundown of our systems, and explained a couple of issues and gave us options and estimates for the repairs. Very pleased with the work and Shawn as the service tech.

Wyatt was incredibly fast, efficient, friendly, informative and fun to talk to.

I have to say that The service charge is unfair ,the temp fix to keep inducer running for few hours is basically not solution, eventually the furnace is still not functioning. After then I was still being charged for ‘diagnostics and trying to get inducer work at least temporarily.

Sean did a great job figuring heat for the cottage. Highly recomend!

I bought a brand new house, needed a single 2 Ton unit installed in the back, front unit had no history but wanted to be safe an replace with 2.5 Ton as well. That's what the home needed, the service rep you want to speak with is Paul Tarsa. Out of the 4 quotes I received, he was by far the most informative, and knew his job very well. I told all 4 to give me the best offer you can and they were not the cheapest but after being referred to them by Tuckers Auto repair in Annapolis MD. I now know why JC Warner was the way to go. Financing was very simple and I needed it to work within my budget and they completely understood, I am very happy with my payment plan. I'm not sure which crew you will have come do your home but if you get Jason, CJ, and Nick. They are awesome, extremely knowledgeable and made my two new HVAC units perfect. I absolutely hope the person you meet is Paul Tarsa, before i saw the prices from the other quotes, I had pretty much made up my mind because of him.

Service Today installed a new unit for us for first floor. So later that evening we go to upstairs and the thermostat is completely blank. No heat all night on second floor. So call them I. The morning to explain what happened. So long story short after Service Today couldn’t take time to fix the problem they caused. JC Warner came through for us! We will continue to call them!
