Really pleased with our service from Jc. We have a regular service package but recently had to call upon them while on vacation and our heat went out (our smart thermostat informed us). Shawn was there within two hours, diagnosed, chased, and fixed an electrical fault and got our HVAC back on before sub freezing temperatures that night. Thank you JC Warner!.

We called them to review a job for a new build. Where half the duct work was placed in, and we needed to also get information on putting in hvac for upstairs and an in-law suite. We really liked the guy that came out to review, talked to us, and took pictures and information to provide us a quote. I called 2 weeks later asking for an update on the quote. They stated they had some numbers and were going to email them. Didnt receive an email, so i called again asking for an update, and they said that the guy was going to call to discuss and they were going to send the estimate. No call No estimate. Thanks for wasting our time.

He was prompt, courteous, polite, and did the service quickly and efficiently. After he was done he gave me a complete rundown of our systems, and explained a couple of issues and gave us options and estimates for the repairs.
