We're new to the area and chose JC Warner from recommendations and online ratings. Shawn came out and did our initial maintenance/service visit. He was prompt, courteous, polite, and did the service quickly and efficiently. After he was done he gave me a complete rundown of our systems, and explained a couple of issues and gave us options and estimates for the repairs. Very pleased with the work and Shawn as the service tech.

Came out as scheduled performed all work necessary and did an excellent job. Replaced pad under A C unit disconnected and replaced everything and cleaned up real good.

Experienced great responsiveness when I called with issue of my HVAC system leaking. Shawn came out within 3 hours and was able to quickly diagnose and fix problem so no further water damage occurred. Appreciate JC Warner’s customer focus!!

Highly recommend using JC Warner for any of your HVAC needs!! Our HVAC stopped working in the summer, and JC Warner sent out Technician Kimber Salvas within a few hours of making the call. Not only was she professional and nice, she precisely explained what happened, how she fixed it, and how to prevent it from happening again.
