What the Job Actually Looks Like

  • Present options on every visit — always leave with a proposal
  • Ask for 5-star reviews — it’s the only standard we accept
  • Maintain a 40%+ closure rate (we’ll help you get there)
  • Turn in job paperwork within 24 hours of every sale
  • Ask for referrals on every job
  • Attend weekly install meetings & annual sales training

Physical side: Mostly driving and in-home consultations. Comfortable on ladders up to 28 ft, occasional heavy lifting, and varied environments.

Quarterly reviews: We measure closure rate, average sale, reviews earned, paperwork accuracy, and team attitude. You’ll always know where you
stand.
